The September Issue
Game Time
September was for the Birds! I had a blast visiting Philly venues and taking photos of the crowds as they cheered on our favorite team. Nothing beats the passion of Eagles fans and I loved capturing every moment of the action.
Kickoff at Marsha’s South Street
I loved being part of the excitement of welcoming this new sports bar on South Street while taking in the game. Marsha’s is already proving to be a vibrant meeting place where the queer community and sports fans come together. It was such a joy to capture opening weekend, and I can’t wait to see this space grow.
Sip City x Hendrick’s Gin at Little Gay Pub
I had the best time capturing Sip City Mixer’s debut party at Little Gay Pub with Hendrick’s Gin. From the cocktails to the conversations, the vibe was unmatched. Sip City Mixer brings together women, femmes, trans, non-binary, and gender nonconforming queer folks for some of the most popular events in Philly.
Dancing the Night Away at Concourse
Flashing lights, pulsing music, and endless energy — I had a blast capturing a packed Saturday night at Concourse Dance Bar. From the dance floor to the ball pit, every moment was pure fun to photograph.
Eagles Opening Day at Lucy’s
The crowd at Lucy’s sports bar pulled out all the stops to celebrate the Eagles’ opening game of the season and I was thrilled to be there capturing all the excitement! It was an evening full of Philly pride and love for the Birds.
